Account and Affiliate Program - Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply when you register a goldroo account.

These terms and conditions were last updated on 2 October 2009.

1. Explanations

1.1 "You" and "account holder" means the person who submits the account registration details.

 

1.2 "We", "us", "WorldWide WiZZard" and "GoldRoo" mean WorldWide WiZZard Propriety Limited, a company registered in Australia, Australian Business Number 51 095 701 063.

1.3 From time to time we review and update these terms and conditions. If we make any significant changes, we will inform you of these changes. Unless you cancel your account as soon we inform you of the changes, the updated terms and conditions will apply to you.

 

1.4 GoldRoo is a trademark of WorldWide WiZZard Propriety Limited.

2. Account

2.1 An account is required to access some restricted content, like some submission forms, or to purchase our services or products. You can contact us without an account.

 

2.2 To register your account, you will need to supply a valid email address. You agree to keep your email address up to date, so we can contact you if required.

 

2.3 We will not share your email or any other account details with any third party, unless we have your consent.

3. Affiliate (Referral) Program

3.1 Participation in our Affiliate Program is optional. However, if you do advertise our sites or products using your affiliate links, you agree to be bound by the following clauses. Any use of your affiliate links, signifies that you agree with the full terms and conditions as described on this page.

 

3.2 GoldRoo account holders can join our Affiliate Program. You will be given a unique code that you can include in any links to our sites and products.

 

3.3 We will pay you 10% of all payments made by customers who have been referred by you, for the following products and services:

• goldroo Software, both branded and unbranded versions, and upgrade
• goldroo Software installation
• goldroo Website Hosting, including any renewals
• WiZZ Partnerships, including any yearly renewals

 

3.4 Payments of your affiliate commission will be made twice a year with a minimum limit of US$ 20.00. Payments can only be made using PayPal at this time.

 

3.5 You agree not to make any misrepresentations, warranties or other statements concerning WorldWide WiZZard, our websites or any of our products, services or policies, except as authorized by this agreement, or any other agreements you enter into with WorldWide WiZZard.

 

3.6 You agree not to represent yourself as an agent of WorldWide WiZZard.

 

3.7 You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. You must not share your account or passwords with any other person, and you should take reasonable precautions to ensure that your account and password are not discovered by other people. If your account or password is discovered by any other person you must inform us as soon as you are aware of the discovery.

 

3.8 You agree WordWide WiZZard will not be liable for any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password or account, either with or without your knowledge.

 

3.9 You agree to provide us with the URL of any website you have placed your affiliate links, if and when we make such a request.

 

3.10 You will provide details of your PayPal account, and keep your PayPal account up to date, so we can make your affiliate payments. We will not make any effort to correct any errors and referral payouts if you failed to maintain your PayPal account or if you registered the wrong details with us.

 

3.11 You agree not to send or cause to be sent any form of unsolicited email (spam), and not to engage in practices such as but not limited to blog spamming or forum spamming.

 

3.12 You will be authorised to use certain WorldWide WiZZard trademarks, graphics, symbols or other content to promote our sites or products. You may create your own content relating to products, subject to clause 3.5.

 

3.13 No referral fee will be paid for any referrals that result in a fraudulent transaction.

4. Cancellation and termination

4.1 Your account can be terminated by you at any time by notifying us using the cancellation form.

 

4.2 This agreement can be terminated by us when you are in breach of any clauses in this agreement or any other agreements you enter into with WorldWide WiZZard. .

 

4.3 Our decision to terminate your account will be at WorldWide WiZZard's sole discretion, and we reserve the right to withhold any outstanding payments.

 

4.4 We reserve the right not to enter into any proposed agreement.
